Thank you for your interest in booking us! Below is all necessary information about our services, and booking procedures.


Booking Process

For every booking, the client’s email address is requested. This ensures that all arrangements can be confirmed in writing and helps prevent misunderstandings. Communication is mostly via WhatsApp or email; phone calls are only made if prearranged. A booking is confirmed once the offer has been accepted.


Payment is usually required fully before the event, unless otherwise agreed. Late payments, 30 days after the event, incur a 15% penalty.


Cancellations

Cancellations less than one week before the event incur a 15% fee of the agreed amount. This compensates for the DJ’s time and preparation. The same percentage applies if the event cannot proceed due to technical problems or other unforeseen circumstances.


Incorrect Date or Location

If the DJ arrives at the wrong date or location, all travel and parking costs are the client’s responsibility. If the DJ has not yet arrived, mistakes are accepted without further consequences.


Technical Issues

Minor technical issues during a performance are handled flexibly. If the event cannot continue, a 15% fee applies.


Double Booking by DJ

In case of accidental double booking by the DJ, the client will be refunded or a replacement DJ can be arranged. Costs for the replacement DJ are paid by the client.


Unsatisfied Clients

If a client is dissatisfied, payment remains with the DJ since services have been fully delivered. If the event is requested to end early by the client, only the actual hours played will be charged.


Extra Requests & Extended Sets

Additional hours are charged fully, even if the extra time is less than an hour. Minor overruns (e.g., 10 minutes) are accepted. Requests for different music styles can be accommodated within the DJ’s capabilities; if not possible, this will be clearly communicated.


Safety

In dangerous situations, such as a drunken or aggressive crowd, the performance may be ended at any time. Payments are refunded for unplayed time, excluding travel costs.


Equipment Damage

Any damage to the DJ’s equipment must be fully covered by the client, including repair or replacement costs. This applies to both minor and major damage.


Replacement DJ & Setup Time

When replacing a DJ or equipment, a 15-minute setup time applies.


Reviews & Feedback

After the event, i'd greatly appreciate receiving reviews on google.


Payment Method

Preferred payment method is bank transfer, though cash is also accepted.


Privacy

Email addresses are used exclusively for administration and booking purposes. Contact details and phone numbers are only used for communication regarding the booking.


Additional Booking Information


  1. Offer – A detailed offer will be sent outlining the price for the event.
  2. Invoice – The final invoice will be sent prior to the event for the balance.


Financial Information 

No KVK registration, so all purchases are tax-free.


Arrival & Preparation  

The DJ will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the performance to prepare.
