This document provides essential information for a successful event, including preferred DJ equipment, necessary cables for connections, and hospitality preferences for drinks and meals. Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in booking IWIXS. Below you can find all important information regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, performances, and event procedures.


Booking Process

For every booking, the client’s email address is required to confirm agreements in writing and avoid misunderstandings


Communication takes place mainly through WhatsApp or email. Phone calls are only scheduled by appointment.


A booking is officially confirmed once the offer has been accepted by the client. An invoice or payment request may be sent before the event. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be completed before the performance date.


By confirming the booking, the client agrees to these booking terms and conditions.


Payments

Preferred payment method is bank transfer. Cash payments are accepted only by prior agreement.


Additional playing time beyond the agreed schedule may be charged separately. Minor overruns are accepted at the DJ’s discretion.


No VAT is charged.


Cancellation & Rescheduling

Bookings may be cancelled up to 14 calendar days before the event date.


If the client cancels within 14 days before the event, IWIXS reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the agreed amount to compensate for preparation and reserved time.


If an event is rescheduled, a deposit may be required to confirm the new date.


IWIXS reserves the right to cancel a booking if no confirmation or communication is received within 7 days prior to the event.


Technical Issues & Force Majeure

Minor technical issues during performances will be handled as flexibly as possible.


Force majeure includes circumstances outside reasonable control, including illness, technical failure, accidents, natural disasters, or emergencies. In such situations, IWIXS may cancel the booking without liability. Any payments already made for unperformed services will be refunded where applicable.


Safety & Event Conditions

The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable working environment, including adequate electricity and safe placement of equipment.


IWIXS reserves the right to interrupt or terminate a performance immediately in situations involving aggression, dangerous behavior, illegal activity, unsafe environments, or risks to persons or equipment.


In these situations, agreed payments remain payable.


Equipment & Damage

The client is fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss involving DJ equipment caused during the event by guests, visitors, staff, or other third parties.


Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the client.


The client remains responsible for the organization and general safety of the event.


Incorrect Information

If the DJ travels to an incorrect date or location provided by the client, additional travel or parking costs may be charged.


Double Booking

In the unlikely event of a double booking or emergency preventing attendance, IWIXS may:

  • arrange a replacement DJ, or
  • refund payments made for unperformed services.

Reviews & Feedback

Feedback and reviews after the event are greatly appreciated.


Privacy

Contact details provided during booking are used solely for communication, administration, and booking purposes. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without permission.


Arrival & Preparation

The DJ will generally arrive approximately 30 minutes before the performance for setup and preparation, unless otherwise agreed.
